Clergy wellbeing - the physical, social, emotional, and spiritual components of an individual - are essential to the health and vitality of our congregations. Focusing on clergy wellbeing reduces the likelihood of boundary violations and misconduct. The challenges of today’s modern pastoral environment necessitate a departure from the “thou shalt not” traditional approach to ethics training for clergy. Our Wellbeing Model leverages modern research and learning methods to improve outcomes with ethical challenges as well as emphasize clergy health.
