Clergy ethics courses

The Wellbeing Model for Clergy Ethics believes that when Clergy are improving their wellbeing they are better able to address the ethical challenges they face. The challenges of today’s modern pastoral environment necessitate a departure from the “thou shalt not” traditional approach to ethics training for clergy. By incorporating best practices for self care and wellbeing with common modern ethical challenges our clergy will face we can be better equipped to serve not only our congregants, but nurture the spiritual leaders in our community as well.
